Bookings & approval
Online bookings are requests until Kylee personally confirms them. Appointments must be scheduled at least 3 days in advance. We serve Autauga, Elmore, Chilton, and Montgomery Counties, Alabama.
Deposits
A per-service deposit holds your appointment ($50 residential, $75 office, $100 deep clean, $200 move-in/out) and is applied in full to your total. Deposits are fully refunded for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment; within 24 hours, the deposit is forfeited. If we decline or cancel a booking, your deposit is always returned.
Pricing & payment
Kylee sets each customer's price after seeing the space; that price applies to future bookings until changed. We currently accept cash and check, with monthly invoicing available for commercial accounts. Card payment will be offered when available.
Our guarantee
Every job is done to Kylee's personal standard. If something isn't right, tell us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we'll make it right.
Access & safety
You're welcome to be home during service or provide entry instructions in your booking notes. Please secure pets that may be unsafe or stressed by visitors, and let us know about any hazards in the space.
