Who we are

What we collect
When you book a cleaning or request a quote we collect the information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, service address, booking notes, and business details for commercial quotes. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from your Google account — nothing else.
How we use it
Only to run the business: scheduling and confirming appointments, quoting, invoicing, and contacting you about your service. Booking notes (gate codes, pet info, preferences) are visible only to Kylee and her staff. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing — ever.
Google Calendar
Our owner connects her own Google Calendar so the booking system knows when she's available. That connection reads her calendar's busy times and adds confirmed appointments — it never accesses customers' calendars or Google data beyond sign-in basics described above.
Cookies
We use a single, essential session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Storage & security
Your data is stored securely with our hosting provider (Cloudflare), passwords are stored only as salted cryptographic hashes, and the site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Payment by card, when available, is processed by our payment provider — we never store card numbers.
